We reserve appointments specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations are very hard to fill and result in a loss of income for the stylist(s).

We require a credit card number on file to hold any appointment.

• If you no-show, cancel, or reschedule without a 24-hour business day notice, you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment.

• Extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, Color Corrections, and/or Full Custom Colors require a 48-hour business day notice.

• Clients who are late to their appointment and have to be rescheduled will also be subject to charge.

• Tuesday appointments should be cancelled before noon on the Saturday prior to appointment.

• Appointments are not considered successfully cancelled until you receive text confirmation.

We offer email and text confirmations a week and a day in advance. If you are unable to confirm your appointment, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment(s) date/time to avoid missed appointments and cancellations.
